tuition
Tuition is based on 34 total classes. This is divided into 9 equal monthly payments of $75. Tuition payments continue September through May, independent of class number within each month. There is a $10 reduction for siblings. Registration is $25 per child or $30 per family. Payment options include cash, check, or Venmo. Tuition is due by the first class of each month. There is a $10 late fee for tuition received after the 10th of the month. Tuition is non-refundable and there is no reduction for missed classes or scheduled holidays.
Costume & Performance Fees
A Spring Culmination performance take place at the end of the school year.
There is a $100 performance fee and $100 costume fee for this performance.
All tuition and fees must be paid in full before the Spring Culmination (date TBA).
Start date & Holidays
Classes will begin on Tuesday, September 3th and continue through May 2025. The Austin ISD calendar will be followed.

dance attire
Dancers may wear dancewear of their choice, preferably solid color. Cafe Dance is a BAREFOOT space, no dance or street shoes should be worn in the studio. Hair should be neatly pulled off of the face and neck. No street clothes or jewelry permitted in class.
safety & courtesy
Students will be dropped off and picked up in front of the studio. Michele will be at the door to manage the entrances and exits. Class times are staggered, so groups can enter and exit with ease. Students should not be yelling, running, or playing in the shopping center.
Students should bring their own water bottle, clearly labeled with their name, each day to class.
Students should not bring any items to the studio and should only come with their shoes and water bottle.
Parents will not remain in the lobby during class.
Fresh air will be circulating in the studio with 5 windows and fans. Water bottles will be set apart at an appropriate distance.
late start & Notice
If a student begins after September 5, 2023, the tuition will be prorated based on the number of classes left in the year. Regular monthly payments are to be made in the following months throughout the remainder of the school year.
Notice is to be given if, for any reason, a student must discontinue dance study.
Studio location
All classes are held at CAFE DANCE 3307-B Hancock in Austin, TX.
